Board meetings are generally held the fourth Thursday of each month from 4:00-5:30 p.m. in Room 304 of the IA Building. Visitors must check in at the South Door of the main building before attending the Board meeting. 

Agendas are posted no later than 24 hours before each meeting. The public is welcome to attend as observers. If you wish to address the Board, there is a time for public comment (limited to 3 minutes per speaker). Please see the agenda for when this occurs.
